Welcome to NewmarketPLUS 2009, our annual User Conference. We are excited to announce that the conference will be held on April 15 & 16, 2009 just minutes outside of Washington, DC at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in the 2009 conference which will include educational sessions, extensive networking and our Partner Pavilion. As in previous years, dedicated exhibit hours will enhance your opportunities to network with attendees and promote your brand to generate you more business.
Partnering with Newmarket International for NewmarketPLUS 2009 will offer you the opportunity to provide our attendees with information about how your products provide enhanced customer experiences and help win more business.

Attendee Profile
Attendees at this event include individuals from various industries including Hotels & Resorts, Gaming, and Restaurants. With representation from management, finance, sales & marketing, catering, information technology and system administration, you will have access to important influencers and decision makers. This is sure to be an audience to meet!
There are several opportunities for sponsorship participation at the conference. This year we are offering four sponsorship levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum as well as sponsorship enhancement options, allowing you the flexibility to choose how you would like to showcase your company throughout the event.
New this year! In order to streamline communications, we will provide all sponsor partners with a packet of information pertaining to the content of NewmarketPLUS 2009. This will include an overview of conference activities, our company logo and information to link to the conference website from your website.
As a NewmarketPLUS sponsor, select sponsorship packages will provide you with the opportunity to reduce your sponsorship package price by referring individuals to the event. If your organization generates 25 registrations using your specific promotion code, you will receive $500 off the price of your sponsorship package, refer 50 and receive $1,000 off! Also, Gold and Platinum sponsors will have the opportunity to provide discounted registrations to conference attendees. We encourage you to invite your customers and prospects to NewmarketPLUS 2009 to learn more about the latest technology available to grow their hospitality business.
The following information outlines the details of the different sponsorship packages including items (based on sponsorship level) such as a display in the Partner Pavilion, recognition throughout the event and on the conference website, unlimited discounted full conference staff passes, and many other valuable benefits!

Sponsorship Packages
This sponsorship level includes:
6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connectionTwo (2) complimentary exhibitor badges and additional conference staff passes at a discounted rate
Company logo on signage throughout the event
Company logo and 75 word description on the conference website and brochure
Enhanced online listing including a link to your website and a link for attendees to request a meeting with your conference representatives
Company logo and link on pre-conference email blasts
Access to pre- and post-conference attendee list
One page advertisement in conference program prominently located on the inside front cover
Opportunity to address attendees for 15 minutes prior to a General Session. Introduction of General Session presentation in the morning of the second conference day.
Opportunity to extend $100 discount on conference registrations to attendees. You will receive a promotion code to provide to your registrants to receive the discount at the time of their registration.
For every 25 conference registrations received with your specific promotion code, you will receive $500 off your sponsorship package. (Example: 25 registrations receives $500 discount, 50 registrations receives $1,000 discount, 75 registrations receives $1,500 discount.)
Platinum Sponsorship Enhancements:
Exclusive Provider of Digital Signage - $1,000
This enhancement includes the ability be the exclusive provider signage throughout the event. This signage will be posted outside of all breakout rooms and the General Session room displaying the session information throughout the conference. This enhancement is optional for Platinum and Gold sponsors, but is limited to one sponsor and is available on a first come first served basis.
Promotional Item Distribution - $500
Let conference attendees know you are present at the event! Include your promotional item as part of the welcome packet given to each attendee.
Meals Sponsor - $500
Put your money where your mouth is! Increase your visibility throughout the conference by sponsoring the meals provided at NewmarketPLUS 2009. Signage will be prominently displayed throughout the meal serving areas.
